Clutch squeaking and grinding

Clutch squeaks when the pedal is out but when I put it in it stops, sounds like a TO bearing but I think that was replaced when I got a new clutch and flywheel last year (roughly 6,000 on it) fifth gear grinds a little bit too but that's the only one so doesn't seem like syncros. Any ideas?

Re: Clutch squeaking and grinding

Can you post a video of the noise? It could be vibrations from where the clutch fork meet the slave cylinder. Easy fix for that is a dab of lithium grease!
