new springs/struts

i need new springs and maybe shocks. because my car feels like im drivin it off a jump every time i hit even a small bump. i really dont want lowering springs because my front kit already makes me only 3" off the ground. what do i need to buy to get a more comfortable ride(i know all sports cars have stiff suspension but this is bad). i cant find stock springs with under 80k miles anywhere for under like 100 bucks and eff that. would new struts/shocks help?

if i absolutely have to. the only thing i was lookin at was the tokico blue shock and spring combo for 400.

well i mean, a good set like tokico's is going to be better than stock most likely but its all prefrence, my back suspension is kicking out after 200,000 miles and i just bought skunk 2 lowerng springs, going to feel a HUGE difference since ive had an abused stock setup the whole time ive had the car.

lol. well i was thinkin about gettin some tokico hp's(the blue kind if im wrong about the name) with a newer set of stock springs.

i just didnt think it would help because they are designed for performance, which would mean stiffer, but they are adjustable to make it less or more dampened. idk, i have never really taken an interest in suspension so it is probably what i know least about.
