Wtf!!! No Springs?!?!

Ok.... as many of u kno i ordered some Neuspeed Race Lowering Springs for my 3rd gen from ImportHorizon 3-4 wks ago and they still havent came in yet. also fyi i had a friend of mine order them for me. well he emailed them 2day & got an answer 2day as to why i havent got my springs yet. they told him they contacted Neuspeed and Neuspeed said that they dont make springs for 3rd Gen Ludes nemore! WTF!? so now, the search for different lowering springs is on! or.... i kno u all wont like this idea, but i could get my springs heated or cut to lower the car for like $50 and save $100. and before u get all bent out of shape for me sayin im gonna heat my springs remember they will still be on brand spanking new shocks. also fyi i have friends & my dad that all have their springs heated & they actually ride pretty good. but idk. also i have NO extra money right now... times are rough! if i heated them it'd ONLY be TEMORARY. or, i could go for a set of eGay coilover sleeves and save like 120 bucks (also temporary)... so.... wat ya'll think?

Although I hate even hearing that someone is, or is planning on, heating or cutting their springs, if it's only temporary, there shouldn't be any issue with it. When you start boasting about how awesome it is to cut or heat your springs, then we're gonna kill you. I'm kidding......but seriously. Don't do it.

c'mon eric, your smarter than that! temporary or not, DO NOT CUT/HEAT YOUR SPRINGS!!!
it doesn't even matter if they're on new shocks, heating the springs up will destroy the spring rates and integrity of the springs. just think; if you heat up the springs right now, what do you think will happen if 1, or more springs just happen to break when your going 60mph??

how many horror stories do people hafta read/hear about in order to learn "if you can't do it right the first time, DON'T DO IT AT ALL!!"
