Suspension Removal? (3rd gen)

ok. i've done my research and have found a ton of info on suspensions but cant seem to find nething about removing the suspension assembly (spring & strut together). if somebody could please help me out w/ a right up/tutorial i'd really appreciate it. keep in mind i have a 3rd gen (91). my reason for wanting to kno is bcuz very shortly i will be gettin my Neuspeed Race Springs & Tokico HP Struts and i need some help removing the suspension assembly. also i have a few questions:

1. how hard is it to remove? (scale of 1-10 (1 being easiest))
2. tools needed?
3. about how long will it take? (its my only means of transportation)
4. anybody have a write-up?
5. pics? (removal/removed/reassemble)

thanks for any & all help!

Later,
Eric (3GC)

This link is a very good visual on what you'll be doing.

Hmm..on a scale from 1-10, i would have to say it's a 6. It's straight forward if you are mechanically inclined. The important tools you'll need is a breaker bar or a large pipe for leverage, some wd-40 or some sort of liquid penetrator. Be prepared and dont be surprised to run into a seized bolt! Other than that, if you can rent air tools, that will make your job a lot easier. You'll also need to rent a spring compressor for your Neuspeeds

It took me and a friend about 3 hours to remove and install struts on a 3rd gen, that and we also had an air gun But it can take a longer than that.

good luck and no camber kit??

thanks B! i knew u would come thru for me! 2 of my friends have one of those spring compressors so i wont have to go rent one. nah B i havent got a camber kit yet. i didnt have the money when i purchased my suspension so it'll have to wait. do u think i'll NEED the camber kit? will the camber really be that bad or could a good alignment fix it? but if need be i'll get the camber kit when i get some more money.

thanks again B!
