Have a quick coilover question

I was looking for some coilovers for my 5th gen and a friend of mine sent me a link to some coils that weren't too bad in price, But I was looking at the pictures and the front top mount didn't seem right. It has 5 bolts on the top when I know the front strut mount only has 3 holes to bolt it in. What are the other two for? And would they even mount of a 5th gen? Here's a picture. Thanks in advance!!!

Those 2 smaller bolts on the bottom are ones that can be knocked out typically. Those bolts are there for I believe the Type S with an OEM upper tie bar.

^^ correct-a-mundo.

You can knock out yours and install a gen-you-wine type s strut bar without much hassle.

Re: Have a quick coilover question

Cool Thanks guys, I just didn't want to spend the money and not be able to mount them. Hopefully the two extra bolts are easy to get rid of. One more question, How would I Knock them out? lol Do I need to use the stock top hats?

Thanks guys for you replies... I have had my lude lowered on springs for awhile but I am looking to have an adjustable set up so I can have a little easier time on long trips.
