New wheels

Now that i have everyones attention, I'm currently looking into a new stance for the lude. Im just going to use the lude for the summer time and letting it rest for the damn winter. Now I'm leaning towards the diamond racing look without buying the diamond racing wheels. I did find a nice set but Im not to familiar with the whole offset, width, and all that stuff. the specs of the wheels are 15x8, 4x4.5 Bolt Pattern with a Back Spacing of 4 1/2. Would those fit? I know i would probably need wheel spacers, and i do have extended wheel studs that i can put on also so let me know. thanks in advance.

Re: New wheels

If you or someone else could convert the 4.5 back spacing to an offset in mm's, I could give you a pretty good idea of how they'll fit.

Re: New wheels

Using the formula from this website Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels

A 4.5" backspacing will give you about a 0 offset.

1badbb6 your great bro. Now wheel sizing, i deff want a meat-ier tire. Living in NY and driving the tri-state i really dont want my rims getting bent or anything. What would be a decent size to run with? 215-55-15?

Re: New wheels

Honestly a 15x8 +0 wheel is gonna look retarded unless you're slammed and either tucking a little bit or the top of the tire sitting flush with the fender. Otherwise its gonna look all mexiflush and nobody wants that.

Im want to go super flush with my fenders. its only going to be a summer look, nothing crazy. Im just having trouble finding a nice set of wheels. Everything is 5x4.5 (114.3) Trying to find a 4x4.5 is hard as hell. Im current looking for adapters that i can fit a 5 lug instead of the 4. but No1 really covers that. And i dont feel like spending the $$ to do a conversion
