Winter Tires

I don't want to have to do this to my Lude but I have no choice. will these tires be alright?

When I got my lude, it came with 14 inch look alike rota slipstream, so it does fit S and Si, but for vtec model, it wont fit. About the tire size like 205/70/14.... thats monster tire, y0!
