Re: Tein Super Streets w/ edfc controller.

honestly, just get a legit switch and wire it before the controller. that should solve your problem

Re: Tein Super Streets w/ edfc controller.

the ground is fine .. thats not the problem . if the lights on the console are switched through the ground ( a lot of stuff in cars is supplied power constantly its turns on and off when a ground is applied ) if this is the case with your console lights then your edfc has constant power even with the lights off . if this is so then you have a constant power supply and you have your edfc grounded ( separate of the light ) ... i.e. a complete circuit hence the edfc staying on ..........

UPSluder, what do you mean by switch? like a relay?

and my center console light only turns on when the head lights are turned on. but still my edfc still remain illuminated.lol

and my horn does not work...wtf i wasnt even close to touching that when i wired the edfc, probably when i disconnected the negative terminal off the battery?

UPSluder means don't wire it to your headlights or however you have it. Just buy a $3 switch from RadioShack and wire it to that.

Re: Tein Super Streets w/ edfc controller.

i would just wire it up correctly and say eff the switch . you need someone who has a meter and knows how to use it . just have it hooked up properly even if you have to pay someone . i just dont see a reason to half ass it . it is a very expensive set up why cheap out now ..
