Shock choice

Ok. So I've been bouncing around for awhile now [literally] and feeling pebbles as boulders and hearing clunks and creaks.

So I've pulled the trigger on KYB AGX to go along with my GC's. I got both front and rear sets for under $400.

What do you guys think of this setup?

ohh. no I'm getting the AGX's. When I bought the car back in april I think the guy before me just had the Ground Controls with stock shocks.

I'm telling I'm starting to dislike driving my car. Everything feels like a log and tired of hitting bumps and the car swaying out on me. GRRRrrrr.

english please??? that made no sense at all.

the AGX's are NOT too rough for jersey roads at all, idk where you got that from.
on the softest setting they feel like stock shocks, and on the stiffest is back-breaking

Jersey roads are not bad compared to other states. Most of our highways are immaculate as far as potholes and stuff.

Re: Shock choice

I dunno about doing it with your body weight. You'll probably need a spring compressor. Not sure though since I've never worked with coilovers.
