Bushings

So I've been searching around and can only find a thing here and there about polyurethane bushings. I'm looking into getting a Energy Suspension master bushing kit. They are supposed to be superior to rubber and last longer but I've heard they squeak if not lubed up regularly. I'm replacing my suspension to keep it from thumping and bumping and making noise so the squeezing thing might be an issue for me. Everybody just post up their experiences good or bad.

Also, does anyone know how often they are supposed to be lubricated? Thanks guys and gals.
