Jesus Christ bro are you talking about the 3 bolts that hold the passenger side cv shaft to the block? Like half way down the shaft? IF SO it sounds like they pierced your block and you're losing oil...

water..only stage where there is coolant is the pipe that comes from from the firewall and back into the pipe at the back near the water pump pipe my guess its from there onwards.

I am almost certain its the oil cooler.I either installed it wrong I definitely mixed up the piping on it its backwards.OR even more commonly after looking on the net oil coolers commonly crack and...

Also like I said the first time the head didnt even come off the block the car got driven over from ages away no mixing after I put it all back together bam Mixed 2nd time headgasket change car works...

JUst a look ive got thoes 2 back to front the bottom hose oil coolers going to the pipe and the top one into the block so there reversed.Would thht make any kind of difference.? im definetly starting...

But it did that after the first time i ripped the engine out and put it back together and I never seperated the head...only cleaned n painted everything. could it be I ****ed up the pluming on oil...

Remove the Radiator ...Mind the electrical clips...dont force it for they might be ancient .

Yeah it's a tiny filter.I am not 100% sure but how could it just appear on the parts table? is it off a ummmmm maybe fuel injector nozzle? something like that? because I am getting close to...
