6000K 35W DDM Tuning hids

I just ordered these and was wondering if anyone had any pics of them on their ludes? I'm anxious to see how they look.

I'll make sure to post pics when I get them and even maybe make a write up and full detailed review.

Re: 6000K 35W DDM Tuning hids

if you use there website color chart you can pick your set up out and then imagine there on your car :D
haha. there going to be a bit blue because you only went with the 35 Watt ballasts. but i'm assuming that's what you wanted anyways.

Why would you order something, then come on here and ask how they are?

And because I was anxious to see how they looked on a prelude. I only saw pictures of BMWs

Re: 6000K 35W DDM Tuning hids

As for the product review, I would give them an 8 of 10. They function great and look absolutely beautiful. They were at my house 8 or 9 days after I ordered them, which is pretty good considering they came from a warehouse in China. The only downside is that you have to download and print the instructions which I dont have a printer at the moment so I had to figure it out myself. Also the mounting pieces that came with them didn't really work, so I used 3M double sided take a metal zip ties. It was a bit difficult to find places to mount them on my car in a short amount of time but as long as they as secure, I have no problems with them not turning on. They heat up fast and are bright as F*CK. Im happy with the purchase.

Finally got around to taking pictures on the road. This is with the lights angled almost as far down as I could get them. (cops around here arent fun...)

No. You don't need any adaptors. Just the H1 kit.

Mine's aren't that bright. I guess 5th gens lights go more downwards or something.

My passenger side on projects pretty well, my driver scatters. Not sure why.

If all goes according to plan, I'll be doing the same thing. I once said the same thing, but I've been putting up with my cracked projector headlights for too long, and I've got a set of HID"s sitting around waiting to get installed. I know it's not the best, but until I have the money for retrofits, I'll be sticking to my OEM's.

Re: 6000K 35W DDM Tuning hids

I bought the 55w 8000k. The higher wattage causes them to wash out a little. The website recommends going 2000k above your desired color. So I end up with around 6000k light.
I had to reverse polarity, but install was easy. Been runung them for 2+years. I had to put electrical tape over the one of the connectors after about a year. I dont recommend doing this while they are turned on. It was like"You damned fool, those things will bite you" Ha

I highly recommend this swap to everyone.
I never have anyone flash me because my light are blinding them.
