Recommend any sites/stores for small parts?

so far I either use eBay for $100-500 parts or order from AAP with % off codes for parts $1-100. Am I missing out on any online stores with good prices and quality?

OEM stuff? Majestic honda

After Market? I normally google search it and find some random shop that has it cheaper than anyone else.

^never heard of the first site, but yeah, thats what I do, you may have to refine your search a little, but eventually you'll find something. Just shop around and find out differences in prices and shipping. Ebay, and password jdm is most likely gunna turn into your best friend.

Re: Recommend any sites/stores for small parts?

Here's my experiance with online parts....

1) there is no sinlge local shop, forum sponsor, website that will have the lowest prices on all parts all the time. It's just not that simple. There is no "walmart" of aftermarket autoparts.

2) You have a choice of spending time to get the lowest price or get a fair price from a reputable website/shop/vendor. Very rarely will you find that the lowest price is with a large well known vendors because new/smaller shops will try to sell below manufacture listing price.

3) if your going to be in the game for a while, make a list of vendors and email all of them a quote for parts. After a while you'll start to narrow down your list and be able to predict who has a good track record of providing cheapest parts. Sometimes it's also who you talk with there or if your a repeat customer.

i've been hustling random parts (buying, selling, buying for others ect) for almost 10yrs so that it for what it's worth.

Charlie
