Rain X Latitude Wipers

Just installed them since in need of some wipers, got the 18" and 22" and it cost me about 36 bucks, not too bad since in the summer time I spent about 45 bucks on the older types where it was a framed wiper. I'll post some pics once it rains, and that's tomorrow and the rest of the week, I'll try to take a pic of it every month or even less 3weeks to 4 weeks just to show the wear and tear on these. But I like them they seem solid and wipes right off. And they seem to be cheaper than what I bought before... On the side note windshield wipers are always good when you first get them, but that is why I'm going to take pics of the wipers in action or video tape it all together. :D

Rain X Latitude Wipers:
22" $19.99
18" $15.99

Re: Rain X Latitude Wipers

I have these, excellent wipers. IMO best ones ive ever purchased.
They conform nearly perfectly to the windshield. And they offer a bulky, unique look to them. Without the aluminum skeletion on the outside, ppl tend to be intrigued as to how the work and what brand they are.

5/5 Quality
5/5 Performance
5/5 looks lol.

Re: Rain X Latitude Wipers

Funny thing is, about 3 days ago I went out and bought these same wipers cause my driver side blade brought while I was driving. Excellent blades, I wouldn't want to use any others.

Re: Rain X Latitude Wipers

I had some on mine and my wifes car. After 2 weeks both sets started to "not" conform to the windshield. Went back to regular rainX blades and never looked back. Not to mention the bulky look they have, never really liked them from the git-go.

Re: Rain X Latitude Wipers

Hmm if they streak try to spray down your windshields with some rain x spray, I believe its the 2 in 1 system spray, it sort of "lubricates" the glass giving it a smoother surface to glide on, plus helps alot. My girl got the bosch version and they chatter, but i wouldn't be surprised her cars been through alot.. and she doesnt keep it as clean as my lude.. I wash my lude every week and detail it with the spray and buff every other week detailing in between when bird ****s get on it or little dirt gets stuck around the wheel wells

sorry guys i haven't posted pics.. LOL my brother took my camera like a month ago with him to cali.. so he lost my charger.. and a charger for these sony digi cams are like 70 bucks... so im a use my sis's pro cam soon when it clears out in boston a bit.. it looks like its gonna rain..so it would be perfect timing to use my cell cam and record it a bit see how clear it goes..

The shop that fixed my car, the owner is allowing me to use his cleaning system so i can get a feel of what products are great out there to detail your car, because he loves my lude, since it only has about 39k miles and is about 16 years old :D

Re: Rain X Latitude Wipers

I had some of the Rain X Latitude wipers and personally hated them the first time I had to go to school in the rain. The way they are designed already pre-shaped, they acted like a spring so when I was going down the freeway while using the windshield wipers they would lift and ride on the outside edges leaving the middle completely untouched.

Re: Rain X Latitude Wipers

just to tell you the bosch icons, trico neoforms, and those rainx blades, when you install those type of blades you can not touch the blade itself at all they have graphit on them and if you touch it it removes that graphit which makes them streak. i never recommend those types of blades to my customers (i work at schucks) they dont last as long and they clear just as good and the regular rain-x blades and dont last as long.

have had them on two DD's for over a year and they still work perfect. I know this because it has rained here for the last 8 days straight.

Re: Rain X Latitude Wipers

What's the proper measurements for the driver side and passenger side?!?! Bc I think the prev owner had bought the wrong size ones and i've been replacing with the same wrong sizes he got.

I just want to confirm on the right sizes for each side
