Turtle Wax F21 Interior Super Protectant

While I don't care for Turtle Wax and I try to stay away from silicone based interior sprays, this stuff does an amazing job. Easy enough to apply, spray it on and wipe down the whole dash/center console. It keeps a good shine on everything for about 2 months, and helps keep dust off of the dash in between cleanings.

I would advise the smaller bottle, I've been using it for about a year and still have half a bottle. But for 3 bucks, it's well worth it.

Funny, my cousin was just telling me about a guy that came in that used to work in a detailing shop, he talked high and mighty of this exact product. Says armor all sucks and can crack your dash.

A lot of it has to do with how you use your air vents. If you use your front windshield blowers, any protectant will get F'ed up pretty quick. But this stuff seems to stay dust free for a long time. And even when it gets junk all over it, it still shines.

Re: Turtle Wax F21 Interior Super Protectant

I went and bought this stuff last week.
Awesome shiz.
It was $10 though.
But I can tell the bottle will last a long time!
I'm still debating if I should use it on the tires, I might just keep it strictly interior.

Re: Turtle Wax F21 Interior Super Protectant

Yeah, his issue is a strange case. Silicone based protectants can actually harm the surface, but only if left to sit for weeks at a time without being re applied etc.

We'll leave it at this, I live in Florida, and park outside 24/7. I haven't had a single problem with it.

I've always used ArmorAll cuz' I'm old school like that LOL.
I'll definately give it a shot though!

What kind of cloth did you use to apply it?
Microfiber? Sham-WOW? Bounty? TP?

Re: Turtle Wax F21 Interior Super Protectant

Used a soft cotton cloth. I replaced the dash thinking it had cracked from old age applied the F21 and it cracked within a week. Used F21 on the old dash as well, which I believe ruined the dashboard. Again this was on a 240SX so it may be material specific. My opinion, use at your own risk.
