3rd gen AEM brake pads

Paid $55.99 for these pads. Got it mailed directly from AEM lol! i have to say, these hands down are the best pads i have ever used for any vehicle i've owned or driven. Impressive.

AEM High Performance Brake Pads are manufactured in conjunction with Nissin, OE Japanese brake manufacturer, to deliver high performance braking experience. These pads are engineering marvels and utilize a unique ceramic-Kevlar fiber compound that gives a higher coefficient of friction, which is helpful in resisting fading under severe use and also reduces stopping distances. AEM High Performance Brake Pads are available in complete sets of front AEM Brake Pads or rear Brake Pads. Each set is for the entire axle - both left and right side. It's very easy to install and usually does not take more than 1 hour.

Unlike other performance brake pads, AEM High Performance Brake Pads use ceramic-Kevlar fiber compound, which does not emit the corrosive metallic material, and this prevents the damage to the finish on the wheels and surrounding bodywork from brake dust. The less use of metal also ensures that the rotors last longer than its competitors.

Now, my braking system is complete.

AEM pads.
Rebuilt Nissin Calipers.
Goodridge Stainless steel brake lines.
New master cylinder

I haven't tried Hawk pads, but these certainly boost my confidence in driving.

nissIn not nissAn... most japanese cars come with Nissin brake setups and pretty much all japanese motorcycles, dirt bikes and 4 wheelers all use nissin products too...

I also have to add that these pads are amazing for cold stopping.
