sputtering 75 wet

well this kit has worked absoutly great i love it to death.
35 shot felt nice
50 even better
the 75 and i was dumping on 300hp cars like nothing
but then something weired happened.
on the second bottle i was just rolling down the freeway and decided to pop a bottle
soon as i hit wot and the spray started the engine started sputtering, not like a fuel cut like a timing problem or a flood.
ive been told i shot a huge fireball out......not to shure tho
moment u let of the nitrious everything is normal.
the setup is WOT active on a rpm window switch.
range is 3200-7200rpm's when WOT present
the window switch provides ground to the control relay for the solenoids, it also sends a signal to my tuned p-28 when signal is present it cuts timing 3 degress.
now i ran a whole bottle at the track on a 75 shot without a single problem so it has worked, then it just got wiered......
heres what ive done.
changed plugs made 0 difference
engaged the nox with the bottle closed so its spraying just fuel no problem.
took apart the fogger its all clean and snazzy solenoids are clean and functioning right bottle is right now est. 2/3's full
i pulled compression all is well even 6k miles after the build still 200 across all cylinder's.

what should i do?

i do not want to step back the timing by means of dist. because its already dyno tuned...
about all i can think of is steping down the jet??
what do you guys think?

Re: sputtering 75 wet

Sounds like you might have not had enough bottle pressure and was spraying way to much fuel and not enough juice. Do you know what the bottle pressure was?

Re: sputtering 75 wet

I've heard of people getting bad batches of NOx before... just like getting tainted gasoline.

Re: sputtering 75 wet

do you have a purge valve on ur setup? i'm by no means a nos guy, but couldnt it have been that the nos lines were empty from when you swapped bottles, so when you hit the button just fuel was sprayin..?
