Need help please

I have a 98 automatic base prelude, when im going around 63 65 mph the rpm is at 3000 is that normal because in most cars I always see the rpm at 2000, if some one could give me advice please thanks

That's about right. That's pretty common for 4-banger sport coupes and sports cars. From that I'm guessing you've been driving something with a larger engine, a 6-speed transmission, something with an economy-geared top gear...or a combination of the three.

Woah...

I thought this was Jamies first post for a second..
But it's Jaime.
Yup the 4 banger gets it's zoom in the upper rpm's so in order for it to have any @$$ it's geared to twist a lot of rpm's at highway speeds.
