nippon racing type s pistons.

I plan to use these in my all Motor build but ran into someone who told me I can't run these with stock sleeves. Anyone know for sure? They say their Teflon coated like they need to be. Idw buy em n trash my block tho lol. Thanx guys.

yea, you can. those are actually my only reasonable option for pistons ive found for my frankenstein build if i choose to go all motor, and not sleeve my block.... but by the time i have the money to spend on the engine ill most likely decide to go the turbo route and sleeve my block anyway lol....

i got my engine apart and ready to start polishing... i figure that will keep me busy over the next couple years while i wait for a high enough raise to afford my addiction....

Well now I can't find em anywhere. Lol. Go figure. I'm curious if there's anything that can be done to strengthen the ring lands?

Yea if you feel like getting into metallurgy, aluminum castings, and re-engineering the piston.

Or you could simply take the proper precautions to not hafta worry about the ringlands.
