opinions on exhaust setup

Hey guys

My explicit speed traction bar came in today so time to buy parts and finish the exhaust build. I pieced together my own exhaust kit and want some opinions on my choice of parts. Im running a JDM h22 and will be using logic motosports header(2.5in) , also keep in mind i want to release some power but not be ridiculously loud.

part list
- summit racing flexpipe 14in length (2.5in)
-vibrant ultra quite resonator 14in length (2.5)
-vibrant bottle style resonator 12in length (2.5)
-vibrant 2.5 muffler
-kteller stainless 2.5 piping
-exhaust/header spring bolts(BUT WHERE DO I BUY THESE)

DO I NEED TEST PIPES?? Im not exactly shure what the total measurement in lenth im aiming towards is? Basically i want to know will all this fit, am i missing anything, and how do you think this setup will perform?

Re: opinions on exhaust setup

Ditch the 12'' vibrant resonator and look at getting this, its a 12'' resonated test pipe. Knocks down two stones with one bird at once.

Megan Racing Resonator/Test Pipe - KTeller - Exhaust | Headers | Engine | Suspension | Service | Integrity | Honesty

Very good quality too!

Also find a good local exhaust shop, they'll do everything for you such as cut/weld to make it fit as needed.

Re: opinions on exhaust setup

It'll be a bit on the loud side if you stick with just the small 14''. Maybe go with one 20'' and you should be good? Not sure what setup you're trying to replicate. =P But from the looks of it, should sound good and flow well!

Re: opinions on exhaust setup

ever consider a glass pack? most tuners reject the idea cause lots of trucks and such use them, but i got one on my prelude and it gives it a niceeeee deep rumble! I love it:) just a thought haha
