Boring out an H22...

I need some help, I have done months of research and know almost 100% what I am going to do completely but I need to find a shop to hone and or bore my h22 block.. I AM NOT SLEEVING!!!!! Do not suggest it, it will not be happening.. I'm looking to see if anyone know a place in central FL to do the work. Tampa or Sarasota being idea as its close to me (I'm in St Pete). If in St Pete that would be best. I have called about five shops and so far no go. Godwin Singer already pissed me off and no longer will even try to do it.. Any help in greatly appreciated.

Re: Boring out an H22...

some shops have bored stock block even to 88mm without problems

our cars manual confirms this too that you can bore/hone cylinders to 0.25mm oversize and its the smallest oversize what you can do (and this is what Im doing)

if they dont know how thick is the frm coating they probably say no, but its pretty thick if you can bore/hone to 1mm oversize ok

Re: Boring out an H22...

Porshe shop said call Godwin Singer but they screwed me around. It sucks because im fairly vertain they can do it an i know they are good im probably the only person with a bad review. And its not that they did bad work. And the prelude group on facebook never gets me anywhere but i can try.
