Intake Manifold Gasket/Cooling

Is it a fact that coolant runs through my intake manifold just as it does my engine, and if so, could a bad intake manifold gasket cause white smoke in my exhaust similar to a bad head gasket?

Re: Intake Manifold Gasket/Cooling

Coolant is routed to the TB, not the IM. However, even if there was a leak at the TB, there shouldn't be any way for it to enter the IM and get sucked into the engine. I'm inclined to believe your problem is the head gasket.
