Need help identifying a sensor

There is some kind of sensor on the back of my h23a1 that just sits there away from the block next to the oil pressure switch. and i was wondering what it was, because i just did a swap on my 92 SI from my wrecked 92 SI. both engines were the same. just trying to figure out what this sensor is for, because i cant seem to find a wire to plug into it. thanx
