Icon8 High idle problem

So I just got a 92 prelude with a F22b DOHC. It idles high and I'm pretty sure it's because of the vac lines. But nothing I do is working. Its idles at 3k and If I unplug one of them the idle goes down to 2100 which is still too high. And I'm getting 5mpg. Could this be the TPS? Any input would help. I might take the car to King Motorsports because it's basically down the street but I don't want to pay a bunch of money for something that probably is an easy fix.

Re: High idle problem

I would also check the dizzy timing. there are slots in it and it could be too far advanced. Hook it up to a timing light.
