Pulled motor. Looking for any advice on my parts list

1999 Prelude 5sp
180k

Story is maxed out 3rd and shifted into 2nd rather than 4th.(i suck) And car would not start again.

Compression test--0 accross
Pulled motor--Walls are ok and not scored, valves looked ok but will be replacing them, Timing belt was a bit chewed up on the

sides(thinking if it skipped a tooth)

Since the motor is out I want to replace some parts that are due to be replaced soon and that are uncomfortable to do while in the

car.

Spark plugs/wires
Camshaft plug/seals
Head Gasket
Timing Belt
Valves
Valve Cover Gasket
Vtec Solenoid Gasket
Some coolant hoses for the rear(I cut them when removing engine
Crankshaft Pulley-(Chipped the side of the wheel a little)
Head Studs
High-Flow Cat
Fuel Filter
Rear Main Seal
Knock Sensor
Enigne Mounts-

Now, could I just buy inserts for my factory mounts or does the whole mount have to be repaced?

Are there any other sensors I should just replace.

Any tips/advice will be more than welcomed

Thanks

There also is a balancer belt on the H22 that you should replace, IDK if you need a clutch or not but it might be worthing doing while the motors out.

replace ALL of your seals and gaskets, a fresh hone would be good but its not required as long as you cant catch any scratches with your fingernail. and yes energy suspension makes motor mount inserts.

Should I just go with the h23 Manual tension

The energy mounts, are they alot stiffer than the factory ones? Are they to rough were its pretty noticeable?

when they were first installed tho, the steering wheel shook quite noticeably at idle, but not anymore

Re: Pulled motor. Looking for any advice on my parts list

bolth the belt tensioners, convert the rear to the manual setup like im doing.
lookup the balancer belt del. if you want.
go ahead and replacer all the valves and the cams while your at it.
best bet would be to drop in the crane followers and have the valve seats re-ground.
defintly gona want new valve lock.,..........

o ya silly me almost forgot, go ahead and drop in the type s pistions on the bottom end there supposdly good for 15+hp
