***continued***
i would definitely think of a new, stronger clutch. specially if you drive.. spirited, at all. i had a stage 1 clutch from competition clutch and literally had it in pieces 2-3 weeks later. also you may and i do mean MAY be able to find the ecu that goes with the motor, but honestly for doing the swap and all(unless your worried about emissions at all) i would switch over to a p28 and have it tuned.
one thing to remember when buying parts for it, any bolt ons but just like as if your buying for a h22a4. best way to think of it, is a h22 with different crank/rods/pistons. otherwise just about everything else is identical or close to it.

hey ya i did it in my car. and so far love it death!
i'd say first if you dont already have one. find a shop you feel you can trust, that has a good reputation behind them and such. and of course is with in your budget.
and talk to them about finding one, i ordered mine from a canadian company called "Tiger Japanese Motors" and so far ive been lucky with my motor. and had no problems with it. but i think if i were to do it again i would have bought it through my shop(if your in the seattle/tacoma area - Fluid Motorsports). because then they will/or should be able to warentee that engine completely, not just the labor of the install.
when they actually do the swap, if your wanting to not cut up your harness, like i didnt want to. and not worried about adjusting cam timing. then make sure they put a USDM H22 Oil pump and Dizzy. has to do with where a few sensors are and such. otherwise the swap is identical to swaping in any other h22.
