:::Redline41190::: 1997 Base

So I had my 93 Si-Vtec for a little less than a year, when I came across a fantastic deal on a 1997 Base 5th gen. Of course I JUMPED on the car, just finished getting the title today actually! [it was a small nightmare lol] From what I can tell it was decently cared for, a little under 137,000 miles on the clock [136,241 is what my new title says haha] and other than needing a new knock sensor and spark plugs it runs GREAT! Although the guy I got it from was putting 89 octane in it -___- It does need some front end work, but the car is in alignment and has no frame damage, also it doesn't have any rust :)

Pics:

What it costs to buy a 5th gen

Two keys! 4th and 5th

CEL :(

They spent some time together, swapping some parts over and whatnot

Damage inside the engine bay, its fixable... but everything lines up decently body panel wise, I'm still going to replace the entire core support though.

Today was the last time they would be parked together, I sold the 4th just after I took the pics :(

Aaaaand this is what really caught my attention... this is basically why I bought the car

OEM SiR Red Interior with legit floor mats, carpet, door panels, center console and the OEM Carbon Fiber look trim kit. Not bad for $1,800 ;)

I'm happy I've moved up to a 5th gen, I loved the 4th but this car makes me feel really comfortable and it looks great [other than needing a hood haha]

H22A1 Vtec Solenoid
Timing Belt Done At 93,456 MI [from Carfax records]

Suspension:
OEM Shocks w/Ebay Coilovers

Interior:
JDM SiR Red Interior, Except Seats
