:::c0nc0n:::1997 SIR

Hey everyone,

I'm from way down under in New Zealand, and I thought I'd share my ride with you guys. Looking forward to seeing what's out there too!

Basically, I've got here a JDM 5th Gen Prelude SIR with 4WS. Details below

Exterior:
JDM Foglights
Factory SIR Bodykit minus spoiler
Aftermarket "rice" taillights
3M Di-noc vinyl wrap (which has now been removed)
17" Advanti Sprints w/ Eagle F1 215/40/17 tires all round

Interior: I'm not sure what's rare over the States for these cars.
White LED bulb swap for overhead, courtesy (door), boot lights.
LED bulbs for dash in blue
JDM woodgrain :p

Engine:
K & N Pod filter
Aftermarket headers
NGK (I think?) Leads and sparkplugs
Blox 70mm Throttle Body
Factory exhaust (for now! Previous exhaust was illegally too loud)

Suspension:
Tein dress-ups all round.
Munroe Shocks on front and Prelude shocks on rear
Front and rear strut bars, rear is aftermarket (brand unknown).

Needs a proper tune now, basically just waiting for the money to come in.

Mods this summer (my summer, your winter):
DC5R Wheels
Adjustable Coilovers
New clutch
Proper hondata tune hopefully

I apologise my photos are a bit vague and all samey - plus they're about 6 weeks old. I haven't had time due to end of year university exams but should have some new photos soon!

Hope you enjoyed :D

Hey guy welcome, great looking fifth gen. The "rice" tail lights actually look nice on the Nordic Mist color.

Re: My 1997 BB8 Prelude SIR

More shots coming soon!

Been super busy with university finishing up with exams and all. Hopefully take some more shots tomorrow, including 4WS shots :P

In regards to the DC5R wheels, I've got a set of silver JDM DC5R wheels - Like the following

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

However, they came off a racecar so it's not exactly the tidiest of the lot.
