Of course to match your steering wheel there is a boot with yellow stitching.

Re: :::eludeauthority::: 1993 Si

just weighed in at a rock yard today...2580lbs (1173kgs)!!!
includes fully stripped interior, half tank of fuel, and all the other nonsense i did to try to strip the fat. 4th gens are around 2800lbs (1272kgs) stock so i am pleased that i lost around 220lbs over 2 years...

Ok I was wondering how you did the battery cutoff install. I've thought about doing it but I don't know alot about messing with electrical crap. Info on the parts bought and used for the cutoff?

thanks. if you want to shave some weight and keep the spare tire i would say to remove it at the track and leave it in for daily driving. i leave mine out all the time but would be sol if i had a flat...

Hey elude, can u pm me how you did the battery relocate too and the parts u used? I really really like how u did it and how u mounted the battery. Would I be able to do something like this with a 5th gen? I would appreciate if u could help in any way

here's neck's write-up i referenced, and yes it should work the same way for 5th gens.

the battery hold down: Braille Battery Mounting Hardware, Braille Battery Mount Kit

Re: :::eludeauthority::: 1993 Si

a few photos from the autox yesterday...and yes josh, i switched to st class rather than staying in g stock

car did hella good, would have won first place in st class except for i knocked a cone in the slalom costing me a nasty 2 seconds. i only lost by .3 seconds to a more experienced driver so i'm not too disappointed...
i did beat a 2008 corvette, 2 s2000's, a 2008 evo, a 370z, modified 2002 wrx, 5.0 mustang...so yes, i am happy with how the prelude did against higher classes...

Thats true man. Even I only have a 2.0 i 134 hp in mine Prelude
I still drive faster than many, Much faster cars, whit much more power

Its not easy to handle a car like a Evo,Skyline ect
they go much faster on the straight, but I have "killed" cars like that on the track, "time attack"
Im not saying im fastest or anything. just saying that you can really go fast whit a lude on the Track
But if the drivers are good, im bu.... fu... hehe

Cant wait for next summer, going to be wild fun at Time attack

Elude I don't think I've asked/seen this info before. What's your suspension setup?

nothing special really, skunk2 coilover sleeves around kyb gr-2 struts, tanabe front 27mm sway bar, 25.4mm rear sway bar, front and rear strut tower bars, em c-pillar bar, full energy bushing kit. yokohama s.drive tires for track and the legend calipers with hawk pads really help a lot. car weighed in at 2580lbs too so that helped a bit with a stock h23a1. looking into getting the explicit traction bar too down the road...
