dude ur car is beautifully sexy. ur car is my motivation to do deletions. [enough drooling and being homo]. how did u do the wire tuck around the front strut towers? also on the a/c delete did u remove the entire dash or remove the radio etc to get to the stuff back there? is that the original sex blocker console or did u do the conversion?

well the driver side was easier, just disconnect connectors and reroute the wire underneath things (ie master cylinder). as for the passenger side i still have the main harness visible since i plan on keeping abs and can't tuck the wires underneath. as with a/c i decided to leave the dash in until i find time to pull it out; in other words i left the hose that comes out of the firewall alone for now. i was lucky enough to score a prelude without the sex blocker console (92-93 console still).

ha i've been in two rotm's but always came just short, doesn't bother me though to lose to greater builds...

you know i was planning on 5 lug converting this summer, which means the wheels will go. i'll hit you up first whenever i pull them off for good but that may be in august or so if all goes as planned...the main reason i deleted all the luxuries is because i never actually use any of them and i'm shooting for the weekend warrior that performs well at the track.

well i was tired of people expecting rides with a backseat and i never planned on using them anyway so i hucked everything from the front seats back. i'm building this car for myself, not for resale value. oh without anything in the back road noise is of course increased, so if that bothers you i wouldn't shoot for it. if you want to track your car then toss them suckas...

Re: :::eludeauthority::: 1993 Si

finally relocated my new braille b2015 agm battery to the rear and thought i'd snap a few shots for the family. i just need to mount the kill switch properly and mount that pesky coolant overflow tank...

size comparison

43 lbs

15 lbs

mounted nicely out of the way

job well done, now for a cold one

Re: :::eludeauthority::: 1993 Si

You can use Prelude VTEC rotors or Legend GS rotors. I've always wanted to do this, but am just lazy and don't really need it. Elude, what Hawk pads are you going with? If you go with the HP Plus pads, be prepared for a ****load of dust and lots of brake noise. The stopping power is ridiculous though... I put my cousin's rims with Toyo Proxies (pretty damn good tires) on my car for a bit (because my ****ty tires on my OEM wheels couldn't keep up with the brakes, and I wanted to see what these would do). Needless to saw...WOW. From 80-0mph in like, the blink of an eye. I stopped so fast it made me a little woozie...

But yeah...dust and noise. lol. Why am I rambling so much?

****in' caffeine.

-1995 acura legend gs dual piston front calipers x2 (comes with hardware)-AutoZone
-1991-1995 acura legend front caliper brackets x2 (any trim)-AutoZone or in my case junkyard
-hawk front brake pads for legend/prelude vtec (same part #)
-brembo blank rotors for prelude vtec x2 (legend rotors are thicker but will have to be redrilled for 4x114.3)

i will install mine tomorrow so we'll see how everything lines up...here's the link i referred to for parts by the way...5th gen Prelude DIY writeup: Legend twin piston calipers and rotors install; no pics, yet... - Honda-Tech...hope that clears things up and thanks for the kind words!

You might have to use a shim on the pads with the VTEC rotors since they are slightly thinner than the Legend rotors. Not sure though.
