:::Easy Z's::: 98 lude

Engine-
Good ol' H22 DOHC Vtec
In other words its stock.

Transmission-
4 spd =/

Interior-
Sweet GM truck floor mats for the winter haha
Stock.

Suspension-
Stock

I.C.E-
Pioneer Premier Radio,
Ipod hooked up through the ash tray since I don't smoke.
Jl Audio tr600-cxi door speakers

Exterior-
Some taillights that I don't know the name of but I always get compliments on them.
16" rims MBmotoring wrapped in Kumho Exstasy tires, 205 50'ss

Pretty much everything is stock, but without a job this car is going no where haha.

Future plans-
Getting back bumper painted
5spd swap? hahaha
20% Tint all the way around
New JL audio rear deck speakers.
Amp to the speakers.
Switching dash from red to blue lights.
Painting dash bezels.
Paint the valve cover.
AEM v2

Any remarks, things I should do?

Re: :::Easy Z's::: 98 lude

first things i would do are put stock tail lights back in it, they look way cleaner imo. and lower it.

Re: :::Easy Z's::: 98 lude

Well this car was lowered before I bought it. I live in (detroit) Michigan and every other corner has a pot hole and by pot hole I mean crater. The bumper i replaced was so beat up that I had to raise it up again so my new one didn't turn into the previous one.

Re: :::Easy Z's::: 98 lude

Really? Whats wrong with blue? Is red any better? I just wanna do it so i can say, "yeah, I did that."

And how many people own this color lude? It seems like all of them have that creamy white bumper color instead of pearly white like the rest of the car. Kinda disappointing.

I think IINaDII just means that he likes the stock amber better, thats his personal opinion. theres a great writeup in the DIY section that shows you how to convert everything to LED. I would go that route if i were you.

Re: :::Easy Z's::: 98 lude

She's really dirty, it seems like the last owner didn't really care for a deep cleanse. I've had her for about 3 months now in the Michigan winter so I haven't had time to clean her till now. It seems like the last owner waxed her way to much because when i scrub i can see it coming off. It was a corporate lease for the first 120K (So im hoping that means it wasn't beat on. Logical?) and the 2nd owner put 25,000 on it and rebuilt the lower half the engine, redid the timing belt and water pump and left me to worry about the trans.

Can't complain though, I can see this car lasting for awhile.
