So as most of you know I have a Turbo 97 base. Well I just bought a 97 sh from a fellow luder and member from this site and here....it is.





Heheheh. They are twins.... now to swap everything. Yes, one fully built Turbo...the other allmotor. Soon as everybody else's cars are done then I will get my swap going.

Motor: Jdm
h22a
aem cold air intake
dc headers
balance shaft belt OFF
stock exhaust w/ cat... yea thats gonna change
ac.... nope
h23 t belt tensioner
t belt EXPOSED.... yikes

Transmission: m2s4
fidanza flywheel
excedy stage clutch and plate
obx lsd .... soon


NEW MOTOR.... goes in today.


Suspension:
D2 coilovers
no name upper strut bar



Exterior:
sh painted sides and painted rear going to swap lip kit from other car
jdm fogs
jdm visors

Interior:
carbon fiber dash trim, center console, and door trims
carbon fiber cluster bezel
spoon shift knob w. type s boot
TYPE S SEATS (yep thats right legit ones)




Future plans: swap in boost motor, turbo set up, swap lip kit, swap rims, swap in gauges...... maybe convert it to be a black and red color scheme.

what does the all motor build consist of?

i will keep posting on here with updates. looking to do a jdm h22a or g23. i need to make sure i can get it to pass inspection. this will make it easier to get both cars inspected wink. this one will get the turbo setup and the more show like body parts. the other one will become an all motor... reliable daily driver w/ some power.

cause his other lude needs paint and body work, easier to get a fresh shell for cheap and swap his stuff into the clean lude

do you mean take the turbo setup off the motor he built for turbo and put it on the stock h22a4? and run the lowered compression turbo motor all motor?lol doubt it

like buster said in his first post, hes got a full built turbo and full built NA motor. hes going to swap the turbo into the new 97 lude and then na into his "old" lude. sorry if i misread man, a bit late for me lol

TO CLEAR IT UP:
the sh is the one i just picked up. its stock minor bolt ons.
the base is the my original car w/ the fully built turbo setup.

i am going to ....swap
sh put the turbo/fully built motor/ lip kit/ carbon fiber and change color scheme to red and black.
base.... swap in the sh's motor which is actually a base motor and set it up to be daily driven and reliable but w/ some minor power. possibly a EURO R motor or Regular JDM h22a motor will be going in. the purpose is to make it pass inspection (for both cars). yet quick enough to have some fun w/.

the base needs body work... ITS Not terrible but it definitely needs paint. We all know the owner of this last car and he took really good care of it....so why not. I took so it didn't fall into the hands of someone who didn't know how to take car of it. Not to mention when me and the rest of the guys from NYPOC meet up.... i don't have to take out the turbo beast everytime and pulled over. Don't get me wrong I LOVE MY BOOSTED MONSTER but.... to drive to queens or wherever to meet up w/ the guys.... that aint gonna happen.

not that i have a lot of down time these days.... but it something i can do to keep myself out of trouble lol.
