I bought my car in late April. I didn't really get to drive it until early May, but ever since I have been in love. It has been a while since I joined but I really haven't been able to get too many photos of it because of my camera being broken. I finally decided to buy a new one and the first thing I did was wash and then take pictures of my car. Don't be too hard on my photography skills/ my car in progress










Alright, finally an update for my exhaust and header install (and yes this is the best quality camera I have, sorry).
Now here is the old engine bay


And heres the new engine bay/ rear bumper



Mods

Engine:
H22A4
Cold Air Intake
NGK Spark Plug Wires / Spark Plugs
Aluminum Radiator
Megan Header
Megan Cat-Back

Interior:
Greddy Counter Weight Shift Knob (can't find a boot to make it work but I love it)
Short Shifter (Thank you 51ludeguy)

Suspension:
Zen Black wheels
Ebay Rear and Front Strut Brace

I.C.E.:
Jensen Head Unit
Kicker Comp VR 12-inch Sub
Pioneer 700-watt amp

Future Mods:
Apexi VAFC; sitting right next to me
10-pound NOS nitrous bottle, 35 shot; once again sitting right here
Getting D2 or Function and Form Coilovers with my sweet tax refund

welcome to the site bro. nice lude. great pics. the wheels look sharp against the body color.

if you wanna buy a good header that won't break the bank go with the Megan Header. Than do a collector mod and a high flow cat. Bolt up the Megan Cat Back and BAM!

Thanks for the idea on the Megan header but I am not quite sure on how to do the collector mod. But the Megan header was one I was deciding on.


These tails were on there when I got it and I like em.

megan header is 4-2-1. you chop the down pipe where the 2 turns to 1 and weld in a 2.5" flex pipe (can be bought anywhere) than weld to your cat or get a flange and bolt it up. really easy mod. sounds more complex than it is.

here is a pic of my lude:
first arrow is the chop and weld of the 2 to 1
yellow circle is o2 bung. don't forget to weld that back in
second arrow is where collector is welded to straight pipe thats welded to cat

I tried polishing them already and they only got worse. Does anyone have any advice for that.

Is that an EGP Prelude I spot?!?!

Good pics, nice to finally see it! That fogginess is a pain to get rid of if you have the problem that I do - where it's fogged inside and not out....lol.

As for Header - Megan, but if you want the absolute best MUGEN FTW!!! it's only $1200 haha

dang that collector mod looks good and you should get it, pretty sure I'm gettin it when the time comes. Also if you have the money to spend go with a custom header like rmf mugen, smsp etc.. But thats only if youre looking into spending 900 upwards.

Alright guys, don't know where else to put this but I haven't had any money to work on my car lately so I didn't want to update this and I kinda fell out of the site except for reference, but I'm back because I'm an attention whore and want some while I rebuild my car. Something happened and then this resulted



That last one with the circle illustrates how you can just barely see the piston skirt chip from what I can assume is either the other half of the rod or the rod making a complete 360. Anyway, I am now in the planning phase of what to do next. Heads still good so I'm gonna try to do something with an H22 head, maybe just a beefed up N/A H22?
