Blew a fuse wiring my new deck in. Replaced it, and no sign of life. Please help.

So, I wired in my car radio to my 2001 Honda Prelude. I got everything working this morning (finally) but I noticed my ignition notification beep (when I leave my keys in my ignition when my car is off) wasn't beeping anymore, as well as my power locks weren't working. This happened right after I removed my old deck, so while looking at a wiring diagram, I tried to connect the red accessory cable to my new deck. My accessory cable on my deck had to be twisted together and connected with the main power supply of my deck, so I (stupidly) did the same with the accessory and power supply cables on the harness of my car. Long story short, the fuse blew, I swapped in a new one and its STILL no longer working. This is both my radio and cigarette lighter port (which I charge my phone with via USB adapter) that have no sign of life in them. I have no idea what to do as I already replaced the blown fuse. Also, in the midst of this entire catastrophe, my power locks and ignition beep are working again out of nowhere. Ruined everything for literally no reason. Any help would be appreciated.

Recheck all your fuses. Are there any inline fuses anywhere that could've blown?
