I'm not exactly sure but I would think you could, all you would have to do is make a connector to go up to the turbo which should be higher than the header outlet pipe.

Depends. The cat and cat back section should be useable, as long as you size it keeping in mind that you'll be going turbo soon. A header won't be reusable.

Kinda. Your turbo exhaust will go from head to turbo, then from turbo to cat, or something like that. All that can be custom made quite easily to match what you have.

3in sounds about right, and yea you can certainly get the turbo manifold to match that pretty easily

for turbo, you'll want at LEAST a 2.5" exhaust, 3" if you want 300+hp.
but, mostly every off the shelf exhaust system that i've seen for our cars only has 2.3" piping, which will be a bottleneck if you wanna make a decent amount of power.

any catback system is going to work with ur turbo because u have a downpipe that runs from the exhaust side of the turbo. if u go with a t3/t4 there should be a downpipe made for that setup that would connect to whatever exhaust you have. turbo back exhausts will be different and u might have to make a custom downpipe for a custom turbo build. if u cant buy it off the shelf make it, its how the "old guys" did it first. all the parts that u have now have been made before in a garage somewhere.
