Heater????s

my heater isn't getting hot anymore it will just get luke warm any ideas what could be wrong??? and this just started just recently like two or three days ago

same here. ive been trying to fix it for a long time

i think maybe our heater cores got plugged up maybe. idk

advice anyone?

probly the heater core. make sure the mixer slider goes all the way to hot under the passenger dash

how do you check that??? and could it be that im low on coolant???

few easy things to check.

1. make sure your coolant level is good.
2. passenger side floorboard under the carpet. do you see a leak? if so, that would be the heater core leaking.
3. while your in the passenger side floorboard, look up and towards the center console. you'll see a cable. that hooks up to your temperature slider. make sure that it's not broken and it fully extends/contracts.

yeah thanks tha is great info i.ll check it out and keep you guys posted thanks for the help
