Fuel Pressure Regulator??? Any Info?

Hey everyone hows it going? I have a curious question and i was wondering if any one can help me, i would really appreciate it.

I have a fuel pressure regulator on my car, and i set the pressure to about 45. does any one know what would be a good pressure to set it at? Everything is pretty much stock, the biggest thing is port and polish and headers exhaust etc. my injectors are stock also.

If i increase it will there be a big different or not really, or unless i get bigger injectors? will it hurt my car on stock ones?

A friend of mine once had it at 80 for a race, and mixed a gallon of jet fuel so it would burn better, is that dangerous having the pressure so high?

You'll burn more gas. 35 psi is more streetable. You can probably go even lower.
