Quick question on AM Steering Wheels`/ Hood Dampers

Lets say i were to buy an aftermarket steering wheel.

Giver take like this style :

Well my questions are

1) Will i have a horn?
2) What do i do for inspection???
3) will it be a bitch to put on a 5g, i don't have cruise control. Also the reason my horn isn't hooked up on my wheel now because of a ''silver coil'', will this have it so i can hook it up?

Now on hood damper's..

Are these reliable, and worth the price seeming its a direct bolt on?

Also, when i said i didn't have cruise control i meant that i didn't have the buttons anyway on the wheel so thats not a problem

1) Will i have a horn?
If you press the Mugen button the horn sounds.

2) What do i do for inspection???
Depends on what they inspect, but if they're looking for the factory fitted airbag and can't find it, you'll probably be in trouble. I know in Aust if we remove a factory fitted airbag the car is rendered as unroadworthy until it's re-fitted, and an engineer's certificate is produced stating that it's been fitted correctly.

3) will it be a bitch to put on a 5g, i don't have cruise control. Also the reason my horn isn't hooked up on my wheel now because of a ''silver coil'', will this have it so i can hook it up?
I can't see it being too much of a problem. But I have no idea what a silver coil is.

As for the hood dampers, a mate of mine has them on his car, and doesn't have any troubles with them. I've looked at them and thought they looked cheap, and I have a problem trusting anything that I think looks cheap.

I made a damper kit myself (just ordered the struts) for a bit more than that, and I know it's a better quality product.

For working on the car it's easily the best mod I've ever made!

steve - if its anything like jersey inspection, if its a state inspection than they will scruptinize every little thing down to your turn signal light bulbs (i would know, i've taken my mom to get my own car inspected) or you could go to where you pay a small amount and they pass your car regardless
