Any fellow prelude people in MN ever hear of this Dealer? They are in St. Cloud MN. They offer much more reasonable labor rates than the metro dealers. I am looking at having them do my timing belt.

Just to let everyone know. I got back from Honda House. $808 out the door for the timing belt, balancer belt, new autotensioner, balance shaft retainer, new accessory belts, new water pump, new valve cover set and atts fluid change. They look to have done a good job, my valve cover is little oily and they forgot to put the power steering bracket back on the far side of the valve cover. I will just have them mail it to me.

For reference the local Honda dealers in the Twin Cities charge $121 an hour. This place was an hour drive for me and is a little ways out. They charge $75/hr. The local dealer wanted $980 without the new auto tensioner, retainer or atts.

So if your local dealer seems high, try a dealer a little ways out.

I considered the manual tensioner, but I figured a new auto tensioner will work fine (model number ended with a 013). I don't want to have to mess with adjusting it and I don't keep cars long enough to come out ahead.
