steering problem

just bought a 82 lude that needs a total restoration. the car runs and has a current inspection but thats about it. the car drives straight not pulling to one side or the other but the wheel stays turned to the left about ten degrees. how do i fix this?

well i would have to tell you that it would either be a steering linkage that is off center(may be caused by the adjusting of the cars "toe"), or a bent steering arm or linkage....
