block and head question
Hey everyone I'm new to the whole import thing, but i just had a question for ya. I'm pickin up a 94 prelude on friday with a h23 block but it has a h22 head. do you guys know of any problems with this that i should be aware of? He had everything professionally installed and does have all reciepts too. thanks

Well, if everything was done right, then there won't be problems. If someone just slapped an H22 head on the H23 block, then there will be problems. Do you have a list of everything that they did?

an H23 VTEC (essentially) a very good concept and engine if done right like E said, if it wasn't done right well then your in for it lol don't mean to scare you or anything, but prepared for leeks at the least
welcome to pz post some pictures im sure were all interested.

yeah he has all of the reciepts for everything, i dont have them with me but i know he spent $2200 on the head and about $3600 installation. Thanks and I will get some pics up as soon as i can.

yeah sounds like a plan to me. I was supposed to pick up my lude last night but the guy left for vacation without signing the title! Dang! so now i have to wait til next sunday.
