grr... v8 vs. 4 cyl turbo

there is one of my friends that drives this 98 z28 camaro bone stock. ok my friends all think im retarded when i say im gonna be able to toast it with boost. im guessin he has 300 ish hp(idk camaro's. could be wrong) but with boost mine will have around that too. im positive my car is lighter then that. and i have a clutch and flywheel to get that power to the ground.

i know n/a is better then f/i as far as if your hp is matched but with my wieght advantage and considering how much power i am actually gettin to the wheels shouldnt if im not a horrible driver, be able to burn him.

i will be very shocked if you guys dont agree with me lol. but i just keep hearing it and i need some reassurance that it is all lies!

That prelude in the video is pushing almost 600 hp, a trait most boosted Ludes only dream of.
LS1 Z28's are mid-13 second cars with a decent driver.
If you're just bolting a kit on and running the normal 6 pounds, you still won't have near 300.
Getting the power to the wheels is one thing, getting tit to the ground and getting it to stick is another.
Reguardless, this is bench racing so the thread will be closed. Race him when you think you're ready and let us know the outcome.
