R1 Concepts drilled/slotted Rotors....

Hey PZ peeps....just wanted some feedback on what you guys think about the R1 Concepts drilled and slotted rotors....they are found on r1concepts.com for about $149 for the front and $135 for the rear...

they should be ok..but ive never been one for slotted rotors..they make too much noise and wear ur pads out really quick

Never heard of them.

But they seem like a quality product, and that seems like a decent price. Just remember that rotors are only half the equation, pads also need to be looked at.

i suppose the only way to find out is to give them a try..but like brash22 says..u need to get some brake pads to go with them.

Try ferodo ds2500 brake pads..over here they cost $260 just for the front but trust me u will never find a quicker stopping brake pad anywhere.

$260 dude, thats a lil bit too much for me on a daily driver....unless they last longer than an ordianry brake pad....

of course.. they are ceramic pads, they work best with standard oem discs, the bite on them is awesome (wet or dry).. i can guarantee one thing - ur eyeballs will end up on ur dashboard if you brake too hard
