need help!!Looking to uprade clutch and flywheel..

Im looking to uprate my clutch and flywheel from stock..i know there is loads of stuff on ebay but most of it doesnt even make any sense..have had my hands burnt in the past by getting a 6 puck stage 1 but it didnt fit..

im not looking for anything too agressive or something that makes your left leg look like something out of incredible hulk but need something which will give a good bite and more power to the ground..

btw its a 1997 2.2 vtec 5th gen 4ws uk spec
does anyone have any suggestions??

I will 2nd what 92si4ws said because that is what im running but I have the centerforce duel friction clutch. It has 90% better holding and its the easiest aftermarket clutch to launch with ever

i probably will go for the fidanza 8lb flywheel and centerforce clutch (if i can find one)..but i have read that it only launches at 3000 rpm??

8lbs is low imo.
for street use mostly, 12lbs + is comfortable.

I have dumped my clutch at 5000rpms with no issue. Oh are you talking about were you can take off from a dead stop and just drive normal. I take off at like 1200 with my set up with no issues but it does take some getting used to.

Drivability will probably be easier from a stop with the first one, however the fidanza one will get you better performance but it'll be a little more to get used to. If you get the Fidanza flywheel, look around before ordering it, because you can get it much cheaper than that. The part number is 191221 and I've seen it for as cheap as 130. Another nice thing about the Fidanza one is that you can replace the flywheel's friction plate if/when it wears down instead of replacing the whole damn flywheel!

8lb. Fidanza FW and Stage 2 Duel Friction CenterForce FTMFW. Just recently installed that setup on my 01' and even for everyday street driving, it is very smooth to drive. That clutch catches like nobody else's business.
