Help with buying 97 Prelude.

What's up guys, new to the prelude forums, and the car! But I'm pretty familiar with Hondas/Acuras. I've had my fair share of beater civics, daily drivers, and my favorite Honda/Acura I've ever owned would have been my 96 GSR integra. Anyways, I'm looking into buying a 97 Prelude, I don't know much about the car, the title is clean, the body is straight, the paint looks good as well as the interior. In the ad the current owner claims a "new motor was installed 3500miles ago by a reputable shop, still have the paper work and a 2 year warranty left, car runs great, doesn't smoke or leak, no foreign noises. Has a cat code, knock code and EVAP leak, but the car still runs flawlessly. The new motor has 120k on it." so he wants 3200$ for this car? I think the price is a little steep, the car looks nice inside and out but what purpose of that if the motor has a knock code and could be potentially damaged? as far as the knock/cat codes my only assumption would be it has a longtube header, and with my previous experience on some cars the headers are much louder and where the flange is (sometimes right by the knock sensor) the KS will pick up the vibrations from the header and make the KS much more sensitive thus creating false knock. Maybe the header also caused the cat code cause I'm uncertain if it has a cat or not. Being a 97 (OBDII) in my state that means it can't have a CEL on to pass inspection so I will definitely bring that up to hopefully bring the price down. I know the car is lowered just by the picture, also looks like it has a eBay CAI along with aftermarket exhaust. Another thought on the codes, maybe the motor didn't come out of a prelude and there's sensors missing and or not hooked up?im looking at the car this weekend to get more details on what motor is in the car and what the car really is like. So my question is realistically what is a fair price for this car given its not stock, and has the knock, cat and EVAP codes? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Pretty much got flamed for driving like a jackass and was told to slow down. And I'll be damned, slowing down fixed it.
