jdm h22a swap system too rich code

I have a 5th gen with a jdm h22a swap and it runs way too rich. I get about 300km's to a full tank of 91 and it is a 2 stroke pretty much burns about a litre a tank. The car did sit for about 2 years but he started it every few months and the previous owner said he used to get close to 600km's to a tank. It shows 2 codes which are system too rich p0172 and a knock sensor code. I changed the map sensor, o2 sensor, fuel pressure regulator also tried seafoam in with the fuel to maybe clean the injectors and stuff but didnt notice a difference after that. When i start it in the morning and its cold and i try driving it uses even more fuel also it sprays fuel or oil out of the exhaust when you start it in the morning and rev it a little. When i first had the car it ran for about 2 weeks right off the downpipe pretty much since the flex pipe broke and after i fixed the flex pipe my muffler exploded which i found was because the cat clogged up the muffler. Now i have a vibrant 3 inch catback with a gutted cat pretty much. It backfires alot and puffs out black smoke when you floor it. I use 10-40w since i was told it wouldn't burn as bad. When it is idling and warm it idles around 500 and sometimes 300.. and then when i slightly rev it will go down to 100 and almost die then go back to normal. The car has msd 6al, aem cold air intake, msd distributor and plugs and wires and the engine should have around 100,000kms on it. I tried giving as much info here ive run out of ideas hopefully someone can help.

I'm having the same issue with my 94 lude it has the same swap I have 345 injectors on it though and read that depending on the year of the engine you need 290cc injectors and 345 because they are low/high peak if I'm not mistaken still don't know the issue exactly
