Re: Can I and what should i mod on my 98 prelude

You have two choices:

1) Leave it alone, because it is an automatic which will eventually dissolve like all of the other 5th gen automatic transmissions.

2) Buy a Prelude with a manual transmission, or swap in a manual transmission.

Driving an automatic is bad enough. Modding one is like a girl who is trying too hard.

Just for the record, I am counting the days till I swap a legacy or wrx tranny into the svx.

Re: Can I and what should i mod on my 98 prelude

fok cant see pic
trans swap not so complex
if u want power mods go 5spd as stated above..
if u want reliable, and u haz MUCH cash, recondition stock engine and auto trans, ouch!
auto trans pricey to rebuild for pleasure, hard to justify...

12"s are in sealed or ported enclosure?
