Head Work

I'm looking in to basically getting my head redone sometime during the next year, valve train, port & polish, cams, cam gears, throttle body, Probably get the Intake manifold ported, I have an SH and apparently aftermarket intake manifolds don't usually fit plus from what I understand honda manifolds are about as good as you can get anyways.

I don't really care about high end power so I want cams with good low-mid range power.

So what brands and models of all these components should I get?

First I want to get electric power steering, you get an extra 1.5-3 mpg apparently and extra horse power of course and it apparently weighs a significant amount less.
