The SiR's craptonic has finally died, please help

Hey there luders, hope you've been keeping well!
As we all know the sportshift transmissions on the 5th gen preludes are the worst ****e on the planet, and after an impressive 2 years of ownership the whole time being in safety 2 gear mode when cold, then fine when warm, it's finally kicked the bucket and now it's time to do the swap!
So basically I plan on paying the mechanics next door to my work at the bar approx $600 to install the clutch and gearbox, Its quite lucky the old girl limped me a few miles using only 3 seconds of gear time and neutralling a few hundred meters at a time before losing power (I'm sure all you auto owners understand) Got me to work though hahaa!
Then I guess I bring her home and install the pedals, the shifter, and modify the ecu...

I have a manual vtec bb4 donor with a heavy duty clutch and supposedly it had a chipped CPU aswell, this thing did haul ass however it was a bitch to
Drive at slow speeds, stopping and starting in crappy traffic. I'm hoping it was only the clutch and not a problem and just requires getting used to, I'm fine with that..?

MY MAIN QUESTION

am I actually able to straight swap with everything from the donor to the 5th gen??? What extra parts should I get whilst I'm able to? Or things I might need ninstead?

Thanks for your time an hope you have an honest opinions, I'm actually quite excited to Be in need in doing this to be honest! A manual SiR
I can't actually wait

Cheers luders

I'm always the final owner of any prelude I own.

I'd rather lose by a mile because I built my own car than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

You may need to use a 5th gen specific linkage.

But tbh I forget, because a little voice in my head says some folks were using the 4th linkage because the ends were better or something.
