Low Idle When Hot (I mean HOT Outside)

I looked at the "No more Idle Issues Thread," and I can't seem to find the answer to my question (or I'm just a bad reader).

I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue. When it's about 100 outside, she will idle at about 100 and slowly go back up. When I slow down, she will drop down to 100 and bounce up to about 800 and go back to 600.

Some history tho, I was in about 3rd gear at 7500 rpm, I went to pull into 4th, but missed and got into second and dropped my clutch for a second. I had some issues with the idle (valve job coming in the future), but after commuting to work and back the issue went away. Now it's back with the heat.
I'm assuming that I just need a new valve job to fix the issue entirely (I also need a new alternator, studder whenever I use my windows or fans kick on).

Feedback is much appreciated. :

I'll give it a try this weekend.

Hope it's just that simple fix lol.

probably the HOT air doesnt help either. in Texas thats normal though. but 7500rpm?? why dude, thats the real problem right there.

Just an update, I cleaned out my IVAC, holy crap was it dirty.

I still have the idle issue, but I think it's cause of my alternator. The drop in idle only comes when the A/C fan on my radiator kick on.

You may have a lousy ground connection to your engine as well. Check your grounds.

Ground connections were fine, had my dad (old military tank engineer) check them out as well. Thanks for the feedback.
I love that I finally get to work on my lude.
